My Happy Flo menstrual supplement Review

I tried My Happy Flo period supplements after hearing Necole Kane, one of the creators, on the side hustle pro podcast. Based on her talk about fibroids, PCOS, and painful menstruation I was shocked that It hadn’t dawned on me to look to a period supplement to help alleviate pain. Turns out, it alleviated more than that. If you’re a person who menstruates, then you probably have the typical experience with PMS and periods. But did you know that you don’t have to live with painful periods or debilitating PMS symptoms?
Typical PMS Symptoms
- acne
- back pain
- bloated abdomen
- changes in appetite, including cravings for certain foods
- constipation
- depression
- cramping
- feeling tired
- headache
- mood swings
I typically suffer from at least 5 of these about 2 weeks before it’s time for shark week. I didn’t start taking notice of frequency until I had already been through my third labor and delivery experience. I started noticing things I felt. For me the belly bloat and some lower belly discomfort. The acne I get is typically on my forehead and chin. And my back feels like someone used iron reaver soul stealer on it.
“Bloating, acne, tender spots and more. My husband said it seems like bleeding is the easy part. I started taking these and within 7 days I thought I noticed something but couldn’t figure out what it was. By day 10 I knew it was the supplements. I started them roughly 2 weeks before Aunt Flo was to arrive and when she showed up, she was pleasant. The next month I forgot about shark week altogether. Aunt Flo came, she was cordial, asked about the kids and we had a nice chat. All jokes aside, the worst part about menstruating is all of the additional parts to it. I don’t need my period tracker now because I’m not logging a bunch of symptoms. I just write down when it starts and ends. That is freedom.” -My google review
1 bottle cost $39.99 (at the time of this post) and if you’re interested in trying, you can use the code WYNFAM to get some money off your purchase. If you have PCOS, Fibroids, or you just want to have people who can relate to shark week, give them a try and let me know how it goes.
